Summer Bowen holds a Bachelor of Music and Diploma in Languages (German) from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music.

 

In 2016 she has performed the roles of Zahrat al'Kulub in Oscar Asche's "Chu Chin Chow" with GSOV and Second Woman in Purcell's "Dido and Aeneas" with XL Arts, and sung in the chorus for Leoncavallo's "Pagliacci" with National Touring Opera.

 

She also regularly performs with the Melbourne University Shakespeare Company (MUSC), recently as Owain Glendower in "Henry IV.i" and Charmian in "Antony and Cleopatra".
